Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :

/n

- Working closely with the Partners/Founder and distributors to generate and execute fundraising leads.

/n

- Co-ordinating with administrators, legal / tax advisors to execute LP commitments & maintain investor trackers.

/n

- Investor onboarding - KYC documentation & issue / redemption of units.

/n





- Engaging with fund investors regarding fund-related updates, IRR's, drawdowns/distributions, regularly.

/n

- Executing quarterly investor statements, investor newsletters and business updates issued on portfolio companies.

/n

- Updating weekly, monthly, and quarterly trackers of all investor-related activity like onboarding, document databases, dataroom updates, drawdowns, distributions, marketing materials and frequently-asked-questions.
