n Job Summary :
n Valenso Spaces is seeking an experienced 3D Designer / Visualizer with strong capability in producing high-quality 3D renders for corporate and commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate must translate design concepts, CAD plans, and client briefs into photorealistic visuals that accurately represent workplace design intent.
n Key Responsibilities :
n • Create photorealistic 3D renders for corporate offices, open office layouts, conference rooms, cabins, receptions, breakout zones and commercial spaces.
n • Convert 2D CAD drawings into detailed 3D models.
n • Develop material palettes, lighting styles, and ambience suited for corporate interiors.
n • Collaborate with 2D drafting teams, designers, architects and project managers.
n • Ensure renders align with MEP layouts, lighting plans and material specifications.




n • Produce presentation-ready visuals including still renders, walkthroughs and perspectives.
n • Revise visuals based on client feedback and site updates.
n • Deliver high-quality outputs within corporate project timelines.
n Required Skills & Technical Expertise
n Software Expertise (Mandatory):
n • SketchUp
n • 3ds Max or Blender
n • V-Ray or Corona Renderer
n • AutoCAD (for reading plans)
n Preferred Software:
n • Lumion
n • Enscape
n • Photoshop
n • Unreal Engine (optional)
n Corporate & Commercial Knowledge:
n • Office space planning and modern workspace aesthetics
n • Lighting behavior in corporate environments
n • Glass partitions, acoustic materials and workstation systems
n • Accurate visualization of commercial-grade materials and finishes
n Rendering Skills:
n • Photorealistic lighting and shadows
n • Material realism and texture mapping
n • Camera composition and visual storytelling
n Soft Skills:
n • Creativity and visualization ability

n Qualifications
n • Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, 3D Animation, or Visual Communication
