Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

2. Account Reconciliation: Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts, identifying and rectifying discrepancies.

3. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights and analysis.

4. Supervision: Provide guidance and supervision to junior accounting staff, ensuring their tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

5. Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting principles, standards, and relevant laws, collaborating with auditors as needed.

6. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

7. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to provide actionable insights to management.
