K-Smatco is hiring an experienced Warehouse Operations &

- Logistics Executive to manage pharmaceutical inventory, storage standards, and supply chain logistics. In this role, you will ensure full compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines while maintaining effective dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Inbound &
- Outbound Management:

Oversee daily receiving, inspection, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch of pharmaceutical products.

- Cold Chain &

- Temperature Control:

Monitor and record temperature and humidity levels in cold rooms and ambient storage areas to ensure strict product integrity.

- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), GDP, and cGMP protocols; handle regulatory audits and documentation.

- Inventory Control: Perform daily stock counts, physical inventory reconciliations, cycle counts, and expiry/FEFO (First Expire, First Out) tracking.

- Vendor &

- Dispatch Logistics:

Coordinate with local and national freight forwarders, couriers, and transport partners to ensure on-time, damage-free deliveries.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
