Vansh Specialities is a GMP and ISO 22000 certified manufacturer of animal feed supplements, operating since 2014. We manufacture for leading Indian animal health companies and export to various countries around the world.

Role Summary

You will own the entire material chain at the plant — from receipt of raw material through to dispatch of finished goods. This is a documentation-intensive, compliance-driven role in a certified facility. Book stock matching physical stock at every count, and full batch traceability from GRN to dispatch, are the two outcomes you will be measured on.

Key Responsibilities

Receipt & Inward

- Raise and maintain Goods Receipt Notes for all incoming raw material and packing material
- Verify incoming consignments against purchase order for quantity, packing condition and documentation
- Capture supplier batch/lot number at receipt and ensure it carries through all downstream records
- Maintain the material entry and exit register

Stock Control

- Maintain the daily stock sheet and ensure book stock reconciles to physical stock
- Conduct periodic physical stock audits and investigate and close all discrepancies
- Monitor stock against reorder and minimum levels; raise timely requirement alerts to the office
- Maintain the material release register (release authority rests with QA/QC; you maintain the record)

Material Handling & Segregation

- Physical verification and dedusting of raw material prior to issue to production
- Maintain strict physical segregation of Approved, Under Test and Rejected material in demarcated areas
- Ensure correct location coding,



labelling and FIFO/FEFO discipline across all stored material

Dispatch

- Supervise daily loading and unloading of raw material, packing material and finished goods
- Verify quantity and specification against PO/dispatch documents before release of vehicle
- Ensure no batch is dispatched without the corresponding COA on file

Transport & Coordination

- Coordinate local transport for material pickup and factory-related requirements
- Report to the Head – Plant Compliance & Systems; coordinate daily with the Mumbai office on material planning

What We Are Looking For

Essential

- 2+ years in warehouse/stores management in a manufacturing plant, preferably feed, veterinary, pharmaceutical, food or nutraceutical
- Hands-on experience with GRN, stock registers, batch traceability and physical stock reconciliation
- Working knowledge of GMP requirements around material segregation and quarantine
- Comfortable with daily written record-keeping — this role involves substantial register and documentation work
- Basic computer proficiency (Excel, ERP/inventory software)
- Resident of or willing to relocate to Vasai / Virar / Nalasopara belt

Preferred

- Prior experience in a FAMI-QS, GMP+ or equivalent certified facility
- Exposure to internal or customer audits
- Graduate in Science, Commerce or Supply Chain

What matters most to us: discipline and consistency in record-keeping. We would rather have a candidate with sound daily record habit than one with a longer CV and loose paperwork. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
