Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead end-to-end operations at a high-volume B2C fulfilment center. The ideal candidate should have robust experience managing large teams of 100–150+ employees, driving productivity, maintaining operational discipline, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment.

The role requires a hands-on operations leader who can manage day-to-day warehouse activities, manpower planning, productivity, inventory movement, process adherence, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end operations of a high-volume B2C fulfilment center.
- Lead and manage a team of 100–150+ associates, including supervisors, pickers, packers, loaders and other warehouse staff.
- Plan manpower and shift deployment based on daily business volumes.
- Drive productivity, throughput, SLA/TAT and order fulfilment performance.
- Monitor picking, packing, sorting, dispatch and other warehouse processes.




- Ensure timely processing of orders while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Track key operational metrics and identify gaps through daily performance reviews.
- Drive manpower productivity and control absenteeism, attrition and overtime.
- Work closely with HR and manpower vendors to ensure adequate staffing.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards and warehouse processes.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with Operations, Inventory, Transport, IT, HR and other stakeholders for smooth execution.
- Manage peak-period operations and ensure readiness for volume spikes.
- Conduct regular team reviews, performance monitoring and capability building.
- Maintain warehouse discipline, 5S and safety standards.
- Support implementation of process improvements, automation and productivity initiatives.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly operational reports with management.
