Looking for Tendering Co-ordinator, Manager, Executive

Qualification

Graduate in Engineering / Science / Commerce / Management

(B.Tech/B.E./B.Sc./B.Com/BBA or equivalent)

Role & Responsibility:

- Search and identify relevant Government, PSU and private tenders through GeM, CPPP and other e-Procurement portals.
- Identify business opportunities related to Testing, Inspection, Certification (TIC), Third-Party Inspection, Sampling, Survey and Laboratory Services.
- Review tender requirements, eligibility criteria and technical specifications.
- Prepare and submit Technical & Financial Bids within deadlines.
- Handle GeM bids, Custom Bids, BOQ, EMD/PBG and tender documentation.
- Coordinate with Technical, Quality and Accounts teams for required documents and quotations.
- Manage Government/PSU empanelment and registration opportunities.
- Track submitted tenders, clarifications, corrigenda and results.
- Maintain Tender MIS/Tracker and ensure timely follow-up.





Preferred candidate :

- Hands-on experience with GeM, CPPP and Government e-Procurement portals
- Technical & Financial Bid Preparation
- Tender Documentation & Compliance
- GeM Custom Bid / BOQ / Reverse Auction
- EMD / PBG / Tender Security Documentation
- Government & PSU Empanelment
- Solid MS Excel, Word and PDF documentation skills
- Good written communication and drafting skills
- Excellent follow-up, coordination and deadline-management ability
- Ability to understand technical tender specifications and eligibility requirements
