Job Summary:

Casagrand is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals for the position of Tele calling to support our Pune site. The ideal candidate will handle inbound/outbound calls, coordinate client site visits, and ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to visit.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound telecalls related to site visit inquiries.
- Follow up with potential customers, understand their requirements, and schedule site visits accordingly.
- Coordinate with the sales and site support team to ensure timely and smooth visits.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and feedback in CRM systems.




- Act as a liaison between customers and the site sales team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and follow-ups post-visit.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls and visit coordination.

Requirements: Candidate should be present in Pune, willing to travel Pune (East location).

- Education: Graduate preferred
- Experience: 0-6 years in tele calling, customer support, or a related field (Real estate experience is a plus)
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Solid interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM : Salesforce tools
