Tally Accountant / Accounts Executive

Position: Tally Accountant / Accounts Executive

Location: Krishna Tech Park, Kadubeesanahalli, Bengaluru

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: Fresher to 3 years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime.
- Record purchase, sales, receipt, payment and journal vouchers.
- Maintain and reconcile customer and vendor ledgers.
- Perform bank reconciliation and monitor outstanding payments/receivables.
- Assist in preparation and checking of GST-related data and reports.
- Handle invoices, bills, debit/credit notes and supporting documents.
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
- Assist with TDS, GST, e-invoicing and e-way bill related work.
- Prepare basic MIS and accounting reports using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and clients regarding accounts-related matters.




- Support the senior accountant/management in monthly closing and other accounting activities.

Required Skills:

- Valuable practical knowledge of Tally Prime.
- Basic knowledge of GST and Indian accounting practices.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Understanding of debit/credit, ledger, journal, trial balance, P&L; and balance sheet.
- Good numerical and analytical ability.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Preferred:

- Experience with GST filing/data preparation.
- Knowledge of TDS.
- Knowledge of payroll accounting.
- Experience with bank reconciliation.
- Candidates who have completed a Tally + GST + Advanced Excel course will be preferred.
