Technical Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across various technologies, ensuring a strong candidate pipeline and a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and work closely with Hiring Managers and Business Teams to define role expectations.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, location, notice period, and compensation.
- Conduct initial HR/TA screening calls and coordinate technical interview rounds.
- Maintain a healthy and qualified candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Negotiate compensation and manage the offer-to-join process.
- Follow up with selected candidates throughout the notice period to ensure smooth joining.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers, and ATS records.
- Work closely with vendors and recruitment partners wherever required.
- Participate in bulk hiring, lateral hiring, and hiring drives as required.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, quality standards, and hiring timelines.





Technical Hiring Exposure Experience hiring for roles across technologies such as:

- Data Engineering & Data Science
- AI/ML & Generative AI
- Cloud Azure / AWS / GCP
- Databricks / PySpark / Spark
- Full Stack / Backend / Frontend Development
- DevOps / SRE
- SAP
- Power BI / Tableau
- QA / Automation Testing
- Other emerging technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment / IT Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies, technical job descriptions, and candidate profiles.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle and interview processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment workplace.

Preferred

- Experience working in an IT Services, Consulting, Product, or Data & AI organization.
- Experience handling multiple technical requirements simultaneously.
- Exposure to bulk hiring, lateral hiring, and recruitment drives.
- Familiarity with ATS/HRMS tools and recruitment analytics.
