Senior Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead and oversee our real estate sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a high-performing sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and building solid client relationships. This role requires deep knowledge of the real estate market, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.

- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

- Set sales targets and track performance metrics regularly.

- Conduct property presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.

- Collaborate with marketing and project teams to align sales campaigns.





- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management.

- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in real estate transactions.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

- Real estate experience is prefereable.

- 3years to10 years of experience in real estate sales.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong knowledge of real estate markets, property laws, and regulations.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
