Role & responsibilities
5+ years experience in liaisoning / statutory approvals.
Experience dealing with PMRDA, MIDC, MMRDA, Municipal Corporations / Councils and Revenue Authorities.
Good practical understanding of rules, regulations, development laws and government procedures.
Should independently handle applications, submissions, follow-ups, meetings and approvals.
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Should be capable of coordinating with clients, consultants and government officials.
Preferred candidate profile
