To: Area Sales Manager / Branch ManagerJob Summary:
- To drive sales of auto components by developing recent customers, maintaining relationships with existing dealers/workshops/OEMs, and achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Key Responsibilities:Business Development: Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, retailers, and workshops for auto components
- Sales Target: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for volume, value, and product mixMarket
- Coverage: Visit existing customers regularly and ensure proper market penetration in assigned territory
- Payment: Book orders, ensure timely delivery, and follow up for payment collection as per company credit policyMarket Intelligence:
Track competitor activity, pricing, schemes, and provide feedback to management
- Reporting: Submit daily visit reports, DSR, and monthly sales forecasts on timeCustomer Service: Address customer complaints, warranty claims, and coordinate with service team for resolution
- Key Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of auto components: engine parts, electrical, suspension, brake systems, etc.
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented with field sales experienceAbility to build long-term dealer relationshipsBasic MS Excel and reporting skills
