Job Overview

Rama Aircon is hiring an energetic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth for Daikin residential and commercial air conditioning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify sales opportunities for Daikin air conditioning products across residential and commercial sectors.
- Conduct field visits, client meetings, and product demonstrations to prospective buyers.
- Pitch suitable HVAC solutions based on client requirements and site evaluations.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and expand the client network.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Education: MBA or Graduate in any stream.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach to sales.
- Candidates with prior HVAC or consumer durables experience are preferred (Freshers with strong sales potential are welcome).

Salary & Benefits

- Fixed Salary: 22,500 per month
- Incentives: Performance-based incentives with high earning potential
