Roles and Responsibilities

Monitor / Audit said number of calls per day.

Identify areas of improvement related to process, language, and documentation.

Share constructive feedback with champs.

Identify process gaps and behavioral issues. If any, report to the respective managers.

Ability to conduct trainings sessions for Champs.

Keep track of good and bad calls. Conduct call listening sessions.

Maintain Champ performance metrics and make sure champs improve their performance month by month.

Participate in calibration sessions with Quality and Ops Team Managers to ensure consistency in evaluation processes.

Key Competencies

Should know how to create presentations using PowerPoint.

Well versed in Excel for daily audit-related activities.





Strong desire to learn and gain process knowledge on a regular basis.

Ability to communicate and express clearly.

Should sound confident while conversing with Agents.

Proactive and an enthusiastic approach towards work

Ability to be a team player, deliver to meet individual and team targets.
