Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs)
- Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors
- Compare quotations and ensure best price & quality
- Follow up with vendors for material delivery timelines
- Maintain purchase records, GRNs, and documentation
- Support project sites with timely material procurement
- Negotiate rates, terms, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate with Stores, Projects, and Accounts teams
