Role Overview

As a Placement Coordinator, you will be the bridge between our learners and hiring partners. You will own the end-to-end coordination of placement drives — from scheduling and employer communication to tracking candidate progress and closing offers. This is a highly collaborative, people-first role for someone who is organized, proactive, and passionate about helping others succeed.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate campus and virtual placement drives from scheduling through to execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring partners and companies.
- Track student readiness, shortlists, interview schedules, and offer status across the placement pipeline.
- Prepare and share candidate profiles with recruiters and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate placement data, reports, and dashboards for internal stakeholders.




- Support learners with interview logistics, communication, and timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure candidates are well-prepared and matched to the right opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

- Excellent coordination and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Robust communication and relationship-management abilities.
- Strong working with data, trackers, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
- A proactive, ownership-driven attitude with an eagerness to learn and grow.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; 0–3 years of relevant experience in coordination, operations, HR, or placements.

Good to Have

- Prior experience in a placement, campus recruitment, or talent-operations environment.
- Familiarity with CRM, ATS, or spreadsheet-based tracking tools.
