- Dealplex Solutions Private Limited is a technology driven B2B and quick commerce company focused on efficient procurement distribution and delivery of products. As part of its B2B Pharmaceutical business, the company is developing compliant and professionally managed wholesale pharmaceutical operations.

- JOB PURPOSE:
- Dealplex Solutions Private Limited is looking for a qualified and responsible Pharma Competent Person to oversee pharmaceutical wholesale operations and support compliance with applicable Drugs and Cosmetics laws, Drug Rules and requirements of the State Drug Licensing Authority.
- The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising pharmaceutical procurement, storage, inventory, sale, distribution, documentation and regulatory compliance.

- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the Competent Person for pharmaceutical wholesale operations subject to eligibility verification and acceptance by the applicable Drug Licensing Authority.
- Support the application, renewal, maintenance and compliance requirements of the Wholesale Drug Licence.
- Supervise the procurement, receipt, storage, sale and distribution of pharmaceutical products.
- Ensure medicines are procured only from duly licensed manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers or authorised suppliers.
- Verify and maintain purchase invoices, sales invoices, batch details, expiry records and other required statutory documents.
- Ensure medicines are stored under appropriate temperature, environmental and storage conditions as applicable.
- Monitor stock levels, batch numbers, expiry dates, damaged products, returns and product recalls.
- Ensure proper segregation, handling and documentation of expired, damaged,



recalled and returned medicines.
- Maintain required registers, records and statutory documentation in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with the Drug Inspector and State Drug Licensing Authority during inspections, verification and compliance activities.
- Monitor day to day pharmaceutical operations and identify potential regulatory or operational compliance gaps.
- Guide operational staff regarding proper handling, storage, documentation and movement of pharmaceutical products.
- Ensure that pharmaceutical products are not procured, stored, sold or distributed in violation of applicable laws, licence conditions or regulatory requirements.
- Assist management in establishing and maintaining appropriate pharmaceutical compliance processes as the B2B pharmaceutical business expands.

- ELIGIBILITY AND QUALIFICATION:
- Candidates meeting any applicable eligibility criteria prescribed under the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules and requirements of the State Drug Licensing Authority may be considered.
- Preferred candidates should have a D Pharm or B Pharm qualification along with valid registration with the respective State Pharmacy Council.
- Candidates with relevant experience in pharmaceutical wholesale, distribution, stockist operations or pharmacy business will be preferred.

- OTHER ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES:
- Graduates with the required experience in dealing with or selling pharmaceutical drugs may be considered wherever permitted under applicable rules.




- Candidates satisfying any other Competent Person eligibility criteria prescribed or accepted by the applicable Drug Licensing Authority may also be considered.

- PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Registered Pharmacist with valid Pharmacy Council registration.
- Prior experience with a licensed pharmaceutical wholesaler, distributor, stockist or pharmacy business.
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical wholesale operations and regulatory documentation.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical storage, batch management, expiry management and purchase and sales documentation.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with Drug Inspectors and regulatory authorities.
- Strong attention to compliance, documentation and operational accuracy.
- Responsible and reliable with the ability to take ownership of pharmaceutical compliance activities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

- REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
- Educational qualification certificates.
- Pharmacy Council registration certificate or registration number where applicable.
- Relevant pharmaceutical experience certificates.
- Previous employment details.
- Aadhaar Card and PAN Card.
- Any licence, registration, declaration or other documents required by the applicable Drug Licensing Authority.

- Meeting the stated qualification or experience criteria does not by itself guarantee acceptance or approval as a Competent Person by the regulatory authority.
