Role & responsibilities

- Oversee Operations: Tactically manage and oversee the entire admissions, ward

coordination, and discharge processes within the hospital depending on which role the candidate is selected.
- Admissions Management: Ensure smooth and productive patient admissions, including

verification of information, documentation, and coordination with relevant department.
- Ward Coordination: Discharging duties as ward coordinators to ensure optimal patient

care bed management, and efficient utilization resources.
- Discharge Planning: Coordinate discharge planning processes, follow-up appointments

and coordinating home care services as needed.
- Quality Improvement: Continuously , identify opportunities for process improvement and

implement directions higher management to enhance the overall patient experience and operational efficiency.
- Quality Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant healthcare accreditation standards

and hospital policies.
- Patient Satisfaction: Foster a patient-centered culture and actively address patient concerns

and feedbacks.
- Relationship Building: Collaborate effectively with Doctors, nurses, administrative staff,





and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Emergency Management: Develop and implement emergency preparedness plans and

procedures to ensure effective response during critical situations.
- Technology Integration: Leverage the required tools to improve efficiency and patient care.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in professional development activities to stay abreast of

industry best practices and emerging trends.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of the hospital's

overall strategic goals related to admissions, ward coordination and discharges.
- Emerging Trends: The potential candidate should be dynamic to adapt to the changing

trends of the industry and discharge duties as per the discretion of-the Management.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience - 1-5 years

Qualification - Any Graduate

Communication Skills - English Communication is mandatory

Only candidates from healthcare background will be preferred.

Compensation - As per industry standards.
