Position: IT Recruiter

Experience: 14 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and screen candidates for IT/technical positions.

- Must have experience handling Contract-to-Hire (C2H) positions.

- Understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates.

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.

- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interview processes.

- Manage candidate communication, follow-ups, and offer closures.

- Coordinate with clients/hiring managers to fulfill requirements within timelines.

- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in IT recruitment and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring.

- Positive understanding of technical skills and IT job requirements.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work with targets and meet tight hiring deadlines.

- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred.
