1. Job Purpose (Summary / One Line Description)

- Ensure the effective maintenance and operation of Instrumentation equipment to optimize plant availability and reliability, while adhering to safety,statutory, and operational guidelines in a 3-shift working environment.

2. Duties/Responsibilities/Activities: Installation, Configuration, and System Optimization

- Perform installation, configuration, and optimization of instrumentation software, graphics, tags, and trends to ensure system efficiency and reliability.
- Conduct control loop checking, testing, and troubleshooting with a robust understanding of Vnet and Ethernet protocols.

Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and Modifications

- Carry out calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of field instruments (Temperature, Flow, Pressure, Level)and PLC/SCADA/DCS systems (preferably Schneider make).
- Implement modifications and interlock designs using Function Block Diagrams, ensuring alignment with process/utility plant requirements and operational standards.

Compliance, Documentation, and Resource Management

- Perform periodic checks and ensure compliance of all interlocking systems for process and utility equipment, adhering to safety and operational standards.
- Manage spares inventory, material indenting,



and SAP tasks like PR/PO generation to support continuous operations and system readiness.

Workplace Safety

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, participate in training, and report safety concerns promptly.

IMS Compliance

- Adhere to IMS standards, maintain documentation, and support audits and corrective actions.

ESG Commitment

- Contribute to ESG initiatives, ensure environmental compliance, and promote resource efficiency.

Qualification: BE / B Tech (Instrumentation Engineering/ Electronics & Telecommunication) Experience: 3-8 Years

- Sound understanding of pigments & plants operation with expertise on related engineering processes (In Instrumentation)
- Expert knowledge of testing prototypes and procedures, Maintenance breakdown schedules
