Job Summary

We are hiring a Non-IT Recruiter (Fresher) to support hiring for roles across BPO, Sales, Finance, Admin, Operations, Logistics, HR, Manufacturing, Retail, and other non-technical positions.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Shine, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on the required skillset
- Conduct telephonic screening to evaluate communication, experience, and fit
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain recruitment trackers and daily hiring reports
- Explain job details, responsibilities,



salary structure, and company policies
- Follow up with candidates until onboarding
- Manage bulk hiring and volume recruitment when required

Skills Required

- Valuable verbal & written communication
- Basic understanding of recruitment process
- Ability to manage multiple requirements at once
- Knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets
- Positive attitude, quick learner, and target-oriented

Qualification

- Any Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
