About the Role

We are looking for an experienced BFSI Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for Banking, NBFC, Housing Finance and other financial services roles. The candidate should have strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with recruitment portals and candidate management systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned BFSI requirements.
- Manage bulk and volume hiring within defined timelines.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, Indeed, Shine, databases, references and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Understand candidate experience, CTC, expectations, notice period and location preferences.
- Shortlist relevant candidates based on the client's requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Manage offer rollouts, joining confirmations and onboarding follow-ups.
- Maintain candidate records and update the ATS/CRM/recruitment tracker in real time.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions and achieve recruitment targets.




- Maintain regular communication with clients/hiring managers regarding candidate status and feedback.

- Gold Loan Sales
- Personal Loan / Business Loan Sales

- Telecaller / Telesales
- Customer Service
- Other Banking, NBFC and Financial Services roles

Required Skills
- 1–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in BFSI/NBFC hiring.
- Strong knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, Indeed, Shine and other sourcing platforms.
- Good understanding of BFSI sales and non-sales profiles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong candidate screening and negotiation skills.
- Valuable coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Hands-on experience with ATS/CRM and recruitment trackers.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
