Key Responsibilities

Work on the interested leads provided by the company

Call prospective customers, understand requirements & schedule meetings

Visit clients to pitch insurance solutions and close sales

Provide excellent customer service & build robust long-term relationships

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets





Maintain visit logs, sales tracking & reporting

Coordinate with backend support teams for documentation and issuance

Eligibility & Requirements :

Qualification: Minimum 12th pass

Freshers can apply

Kannada language mandatory

Driving License & Two-wheeler mandatory

Good communication & customer handling skills

Comfortable with office + field sales role

Target-driven and ambitious mindset

Work Structure :

50% Office Work: Calling, lead follow-up & scheduling

50% Field Work: Customer visits & closures
