Looking for life /health insurance, SaaS Platform

n

1. Design seamless, intuitive experiences across multiple platforms, balancing simple mobile workflows for field agents with powerful, data-rich web experiences for administrators.

n

2. Own end-to-end design for complex product areas—from discovery, research, and ideation to prototyping, validation, and delivery.

n

3. Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to define product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization.

n

4. Plan, conduct, and synthesize user research, transforming customer insights into actionable product decisions.

n

5. Create scalable interaction models, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs.

n

6. Contribute to and continuously evolve the design system by establishing reusable components, patterns, and design standards.

n

7. Champion usability, accessibility, consistency, and design quality across the product ecosystem.

n

8. Communicate design rationale effectively through storytelling, presentations, and cross-functional collaboration.

Mentor designers by sharing best practices, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a culture of design excellence.

What We're Looking For :-

n

1. 6+ years of experience designing complex digital products, with significant experience in enterprise or B2B SaaS platforms.

n

2. A robust portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design, strategic thinking, and measurable business impact.

n

3. Experience designing products within healthcare services or other highly regulated, data-intensive industries is highly preferred.

n

4. Proven ability to simplify complex workflows and build scalable product experiences.

n

5. Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and design systems.

n

6. Expertise in user research methodologies and translating insights into product improvements.

n

7. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions across cross-functional teams.

n

8. A systems-thinking mindset with a passion for solving meaningful customer problems.
