Role and Company Overview:

LEDFlex, a pioneer in linear LED luminaires, has been designing, developing, and manufacturing innovative linear LED lighting solutions for over 10 years, with a robust focus on performance, sustainability, and energy efficiency. Our products illuminate everything from commercial spaces to architectural landmarks, combining functionality with refined design.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 3-4 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual communication, branding, digital and print design, and creative problem-solving. You will collaborate with marketing, content, product, and other cross-functional teams to create compelling visual assets that align with our brand identity and business objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Design high-quality marketing materials for both digital and print platforms.

n

· Create social media creatives, email graphics, and other promotional materials.

n

· Develop and maintain brand consistency across all visual communications.

n

· Collaborate with marketing, content,



and product teams to translate ideas into engaging designs.

n

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

n

· Prepare production-ready files for print and digital publishing.

n

· Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate designs accordingly.

n

· Stay updated on industry trends, emerging design tools, and best practices.

n

· Assist in developing creative concepts and campaign visuals.

n

Key Skills Required:

n

· Strong Understanding of design principles: layout, typography, color, and composition.

n

· Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and print design projects.

n

· Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.

n

Tools & Skills:

n

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

n

· Basic working knowledge of Figma.

n

· Familiarity with MS Office for coordination and presentations.

n

· Basic understanding of branding and visual identity systems.

n

Experience: 3-4 Years.
