Summary :We are looking for an Operations Analyst to join the clearing and settlements team of a leading global financial services organisation. The role involves monitoring operational systems, performing reconciliations, managing trade and position breaks, and supporting regulatory transaction reporting across global markets.

Your future employer is a well-established global financial services organisation with over 30 years of experience in clearing listed derivatives. With an international presence across key financial centres, the organisation provides clearing and related services across global exchange-traded derivatives markets.

Responsibilities * Monitor Back Office, Middle Office, reconciliation and exchange GUI systems to ensure they are operational.

- Check successful completion of End-of-Day (EOD) processes and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve any issues.
- Monitor Middle Office trade flows, perform Start-of-Day position checks and resolve breaks between front-end platforms and client Back Office systems.
- Initiate and complete T+1 reconciliations between exchanges, third-party brokers and internal booking systems, resolving breaks across global markets.




- Perform daily/monthly exchange-fee reconciliations, reconcile MiFID and EMIR regulatory transactions and verify successful regulatory reporting submissions.

Requirements * Strong reconciliation capabilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver tasks within defined deadlines.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Moderate to advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to adapt to existing systems, learn new systems quickly, organise work independently and present ideas or improvements clearly.
