? We’re Hiring: Designer cum Merchandiser

Samshék Fashion Pvt. Ltd. is a tech-driven fashion startup focused on made-to-order women’s clothing across all sizes, powered by digital manufacturing and working towards a zero-waste supply chain.We are looking for a Designer cum Merchandiser to join our B2B team.

Key Requirements
- Solid experience in Tech Pack Creation (Mandatory)
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, and Photoshop
- Good understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and sampling
- Knowledge of fabric sourcing, trims, and US sizing standards

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze buyer samples/photos and develop detailed tech packs
- Manage TNA (Time & Action Plan) and sampling timelines




- Coordinate fabric and trims sourcing
- Work closely with pattern masters and sampling teams for sample development
- Handle fit sample corrections and final sample approvals
- Maintain sampling documentation and production files
- Coordinate sample dispatch and shipment tracking

Eligibility
- Diploma / Degree in Fashion Technology or Textile Technology
- 2+ years of experience in merchandising, sampling, or garment development
