? What You'll Do
- Drive business development and revenue growth for interior & construction projects
- Generate and qualify leads through online platforms, referrals, networking, cold calling and B2B channels
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure




- Acquire new domestic and international clients
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations and site visits
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with design, estimation, procurement and execution teams
- Present BOQs, quotations, drawings, material specifications and project scopes
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, timelines and payment milestones
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports
- Achieve assigned sales, collection and revenue targets

? What We're Looking For✅ 2–5 years of experience in Interior / Construction / Architecture / Real Estate / B2B Sales
