nJob Description
nWe are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) with strong TMT steel industry experience to drive sales and business development across Chennai and the assigned region.
nTMT STEEL EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY. Candidates from other building-material industries will NOT be considered.
nKey Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual TMT steel sales targets.n
- Develop and manage a strong network of TMT steel dealers, distributors, stockists, and retailers.n
- Develop business with builders, contractors, developers, and project customers.n
- Identify current markets, dealers, projects, and business opportunities.n
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.n




- Prepare territory-wise sales plans and ensure effective market coverage.n
- Build strong relationships with key dealers, distributors, builders, contractors, and influencers.n
- Monitor order booking, dispatches, collections, outstanding payments, and sales pipeline.n
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor dealer performance.n
- Track TMT steel market prices, competitor activities, schemes, and market trends.n
- Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Finance, and Logistics teams for smooth order execution and timely delivery.n
- Resolve dealer/customer issues and ensure strong customer relationships.n
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, market intelligence, and management reports.n
- Drive dealer expansion and improve market share in the assigned territory.n
