About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Sales Executive with experience in the Real Estate industry. Candidates with experience in Commercial or Industrial Real Estate will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage potential clients and property investors.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct client meetings and property site visits.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
- Handle the complete sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales is mandatory.
- Experience in Commercial or Industrial Real Estate is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to independently handle clients and field meetings.
- Strong sales, follow-up and relationship-building skills.
