nThe Cinnamon Kitchen (TCK) is a D2C health-snacks and bakery brand building a up-to-date, premium and differentiated presence in the better-for-you food space.
nWe are looking for a Creative / Brand Design Lead to take end-to-end ownership of how TCK looks, feels and communicates across all consumer touchpoints.
nThe Role
nYou will lead TCK's creative direction across:
n· Brand identity and visual communication
n· Campaigns and product launches
n· Social and digital content
n· Photography and video direction
n· Paid-media creative
n· Creative team and agency output
nYou will work closely with the Founder, Marketing and Content teams to turn brand objectives into strong creative concepts and high-quality execution.
nKey Responsibilities
nCreative & Brand Direction
n· Own and evolve TCK's visual identity across all touchpoints.
n· Maintain a consistent, premium and recognisable brand aesthetic.




n· Develop creative concepts, moodboards and visual directions for campaigns and launches.
n· Set and maintain a high creative quality bar across the brand.
n· Lead creative direction for product launches, seasonal campaigns and brand initiatives.
n· Lead the visual direction across Instagram and other digital platforms.
n· Oversee static, carousel, video, motion and other digital-first creative formats.
n· Develop creative concepts and visual directions for social, UGC and performance marketing.
nArt Direction & Shoots
n· Plan and direct product shoots from concept to final delivery.
n· Create shoot briefs, moodboards, styling directions and shot lists.
n· Coordinate photographers, videographers, agencies and other external partners.
n· Decide what should be handled in-house versus externally.
n· Review final assets and ensure they meet TCK's creative standards.
