Role Responsibility:

- Ensure the implementation and adherence to aseptic practices and techniques to maintain a sterile production environment.
- Oversee the manufacturing area, including vial washing, depyrogenation, and autoclave operations, ensuring all processes meet quality standards.
- Operate and maintain filling machines, ALUS, storage vessels, and capping machines, ensuring effective and accurate production.
- Manage the operation of dry powder filling machines and sterile injectable vial filling machines, ensuring precision and compliance.
- Utilize expertise in spray drying, high pressure homogenization, and complex skid/NDDS batch manufacturing processes to optimize production.
- Adhere to cGMP and GDP standards, ensuring all production activities comply with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, demonstrating accountability, integrity, and strong communication skills.
- Maintain audit readiness and actively participate in audits, ensuring all documentation and processes are up to date and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

- Core Operations: Handle receipt, storage, dispensing, and issuance of Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Materials (PM).
- Inventory & Dispatch: Manage Finished Goods (FG) storage, handling,



and dispatch activities.
- Daily Planning: Plan and execute daily RM, PM, and FG receiving and dispatching schedules.
- Documentation & QMS: Prepare and update Warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manage Quality Management System (QMS) documentation.
- Compliance & Audits: Ensure full compliance with warehouse safety guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Instrument Validation: Oversee calibration, qualification, and requalification of warehouse instruments and equipment.
- Stock Accuracy: Maintain accurate physical inventory records and update the software system daily.

Job Details: Quality Assurance Department: Quality Assurance IPQA (Injectable) & QMS

Designation: Officer / Senior Officer

Experience: 03 to 06 years

Job Location: Valthera, Ahmedabad

Role Responsibility:

- In-Process Control: Handle line clearance, sterile sampling (in-process, finished products, stability, control, PV, cleaning validation, and market complaints).
- Review: Periodically review usage logs, area cleaning, calibration records, BMR/BPR, engineering service notes, and preventive maintenance records.
- Validation: Execute validation and hold-time study activities, including data collection and report compilation.
- APQR: Prepare and review Annual Product Quality Reports.
- Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with cross-functional departments.
- Compliance: Monitor cGMP, GDP, and Quality Systems implementation.
- Inspections: Provide active support during regulatory inspections.
