CNC / VMC Setter, Programmer & Supervisor

Role & Responsibilities

- CNC/VMC machine setting, programming and production supervision.
- Develop, modify and optimize CNC/VMC programs.
- Tool selection, offset setting and parameter adjustment.
- Read engineering drawings and ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Monitor production, quality, tooling and machine performance.
- Troubleshoot machining and programming issues.
- Guide operators and maintain 5S, safety and preventive maintenance.
- Implement productivity improvements, Kaizen and Poka-Yoke.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- ITI / Diploma / BE Mechanical / Production preferred.
- 8+ years experience in CNC/VMC setting & programming.
- Knowledge of Fanuc/Siemens controls preferred.
- Good knowledge of drawings, measuring instruments, tooling and cutting parameters.
- Strong troubleshooting and team-handling skills.
- Experience in automotive/precision engineering is an advantage.
