URGENT REQUIREMENT -HMC / VMC / JIG BORING / VTL OPERATORS

Positions: HMC Operator | VMC Operator | JIG Boring Operator | VTL Operator

Experience: 2 to 8 Years

Location : pimpri pune

Job Responsibilities

- Operate HMC, VMC, JIG Boring and VTL machines as per production requirements.
- Perform machine setting, tool setting, offsets and program loading.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances and GD&T.;
- Conduct in-process inspection using vernier, micrometer, bore gauge and other precision instruments.
- Carry out tool changes and basic machine adjustments/troubleshooting.
- Achieve daily production, quality and cycle-time targets.
- Maintain proper documentation, 5S and shop-floor safety standards.




- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to minimize rejection and rework.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in HMC / VMC / JIG Boring / VTL operations.
- Knowledge of CNC controls such as Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi preferred.
- Positive knowledge of cutting tools, inserts, speeds & feeds and tool offsets.
- Ability to independently operate and set machines.
- Experience in precision machining will be an added advantage.

Qualification

ITI / Diploma Mechanical preferred.
