Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Experience Required:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Senior Recruiter
- Strong expertise in volume hiring
- Experience in team handling / leadership roles

Key Skills:

- End-to-end recruitment
- Stakeholder & vendor management
- Managing high-volume hiring targets
- Team coordination & performance tracking

Additional Responsibilities:

- Drive bulk hiring strategies to meet business requirements




- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to improve productivity
- Ensure timely closure of positions with quality profiles
- Handle stakeholder communication and expectation management
- Track and monitor recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, conversion ratio)
- Coordinate with HR Ops / onboarding teams for smooth joining process
- Ensure process compliance and documentation accuracy
- Implement cutting-edge sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines
- Manage vendor performance and external hiring channels
