We are looking for a high-energy, business-driven Branch Manager to take ownership of our Aligarh branch.
This is not a desk-only role. We need someone who can lead the branch, be active in the market and generate business.

- Strong local networking & business development
- Ability to generate Deposits, MSME, Gold, Retail & Loan business
- Regular customer and market visits
- Solid team management and follow-up
- Confident communication and customer handling
- Ownership of branch targets and growth
Experience 5+ years of banking experience with Prior experience in branch handling / sales / deposit mobilisation / lending preferred.
