We are hiring experienced Customer Support Executives for an International Airlines Process. If you have hands-on experience in airline ticketing and GDS systems, this is an excellent opportunity to join a leading organization with attractive salary, incentives, and career growth.

Mandatory Skills

- Experience in Airlines/Travel Process is Mandatory
- Hands-on experience in GDS is Mandatory
- Working knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to handle flight booking, ticketing, cancellations, and rescheduling
- Customer service orientation with strong problem-solving skills
- Hindi communication will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

- Handle domestic and international flight bookings




- Process ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds
- Assist customers with itinerary changes and travel-related queries
- Work on GDS platforms for reservations and ticketing
- Ensure high-quality customer service and first-call resolution
- Maintain accuracy while processing travel requests

Eligibility

- Any Graduate
- 1+ year of Airlines/Travel Process experience
- Mandatory hands-on experience with GDS (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre)
