Role & responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day general accounting, Accounts Payable activities.
- Process invoices, payments, receipts and maintain accurate vendor/customer ledgers.
- Perform vendor, customer and bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage GST, ITC, GSTR-2A/2B reconciliation and TDS activities.
- Support month-end closing, accounting entries and audit requirements.
- Prepare MIS,



ageing reports and accounting schedules as required.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure accuracy and compliance in all accounting transactions.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.Com / M.Com / BBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable and General Accounting.
- Solid practical knowledge of GST, TDS, ITC and reconciliations.
- Experience with SAP / Tally / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics or other ERP systems preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to independently resolve accounting discrepancies
