Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, GST compliance, taxation, reconciliations, and financial reporting for Shashwat Motors Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
- Maintain sales, purchase, cash, bank and journal entries.
- Prepare and maintain ledger accounts.
- Handle GST accounting and GST return filing.
- Ensure timely compliance with GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and other applicable GST returns.
- Prepare and reconcile GST input/output data.
- Handle TDS calculation, deduction and return-related work.
- Perform regular Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Monitor customer and vendor outstanding balances.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
- Coordinate with CA / auditor / management for accounting and taxation requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits.




- Ensure accuracy of accounting entries and compliance with company policies.
- Handle dealership-related accounting transactions and documentation.
- Prepare reports as required by management.
- Ensure timely completion of all accounting and statutory activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification preferred.
- Solid knowledge of Accounting & Bookkeeping.
- Complete working knowledge of GST and GST Returns.
- Knowledge of TDS and taxation.
- Good knowledge of Tally / accounting software.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of BRS, Ledger, Journal, P&L; and Balance Sheet.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Candidates having experience in automobile dealership accounting, particularly in sales, service, spare parts and workshop accounting, will be preferred.
