About the Role

Recruza Alliance is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiters to join a hospitality team in Bareilly. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a service-oriented attitude, and the ability to provide a welcoming dining experience to guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests in a polite and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar team.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while following service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
- Respond to guest requests, questions, and concerns professionally.
- Ensure proper table setup before and after service.
- Coordinate with kitchen and other hospitality staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle bills and payments accurately when required.
- Follow company policies, food-safety procedures, and hospitality standards.




- Maintain a positive and professional appearance at all times.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a waiter or in hospitality is preferred.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service oriented and courteous personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is an advantage.

What We Offer
- Competitive salary based on experience: Freshers- 11,000 to 15,000. Experienced- 13,000 to 20,000
