For the Growth Leader who wants to build, not just manage.

We’re looking for a VP – Growth to join a high-growth Fintech / Consumer Internet business and build the next phase of its growth engine.

This is a business ownership role — not a traditional performance marketing or acquisition mandate.

You will sit at the intersection of Business , Product , Marketing , Tech ,Data , turning growth strategy into measurable business outcomes.

What will you own?

GTM → Define customer segments, positioning, channel strategy and launch roadmaps

Acquisition → Build scalable paid and organic acquisition engines

Engagement & Retention → Improve the journey from acquisition to activation, conversion and retention

Monetisation → Drive Revenue, GMV, ARPU/ATS and contribution margins

Growth Economics → Own CAC, ROAS, payback and unit economics

Experimentation → Build a hypothesis-led testing culture and scale what works

Growth Analytics → Strengthen attribution and connect marketing investment to business contribution

Cross-functional Leadership → Bring Product, Marketing, Tech,

We’re looking for someone with:

- 10–12+ years across Growth, Marketing or Business Strategy
- Solid Fintech / Consumer Internet experience
- Experience scaling multi-channel acquisition
- Strong command of CAC, ROAS, payback & contribution margin
- Proven ownership of business outcomes , not just channel metrics
- Solid GTM and cross-functional execution experience
- High analytical orientation + strong bias for action
- Comfort working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments

Lending / Fintech | Product-led growth | Large-budget management would be a strong plus.
