Job Role: Voice Process Agent

- Make outbound calls to customers using assigned leads.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers.

- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable products or services.

- Build strong customer relationships based on trust and effective communication.

- Suggest the right product to customers based on their needs.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead follow-ups.

- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.

- Follow up consistently to improve lead conversion and achieve assigned targets.

- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business and customer service objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience:



Minimum 6 months of experience in any Voice Process for candidates with +2 qualification.

- Freshers: Graduates can also be considered.

- Fluent in Hindi and English.

- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Positive customer-handling and persuasion skills.

- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

- Target-oriented and disciplined approach.

- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
