Role Description This is a full-time, in office Voice and Accent Trainer role based in Mumbai. The trainer will conduct regular training sessions to improve voice modulation, pronunciation, accent neutralization, and overall communication skills of BPO associates.

Daily responsibilities include assessing trainees’ current communication levels, designing and delivering customized training modules, facilitating practice sessions, and providing individual feedback and coaching. The role also involves developing training materials, tracking progress through assessments,



coordinating with team leaders and HR for batch scheduling, and preparing reports on trainee performance and training outcomes.

Qualifications

- 1-5 years of experience in Voice and Accent roles.
- Ability to provide structured Vocal Coaching and Vocal Instruction to groups and individuals.
- Experience delivering Voice Lessons with a focus on clarity, projection, and accent refinement.
- Understanding of Music Theory and Music Education concepts that support voice control and modulation.
- Strong command of spoken English, including grammar, vocabulary, and neutral accent.
- Prior experience as a Voice and Accent Trainer or Communication Skills Trainer in a BPO or customer service environment is highly preferred.
- Effective classroom management, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups.
- Excellent listening, feedback, and coaching abilities, with a patient and supportive training style.
- Comfort working with performance targets, training metrics, and reporting tools.
- Minimum undergraduate degree in any discipline; formal training or certification in voice, communication, or language training is an advantage.
