Job Overview

We are looking for a confident, target-oriented, and client-focused Visa Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling clients on suitable visa options, handling enquiries, assisting with documentation, managing applications, and ensuring a smooth visa application process.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and counselling skills, robust follow-up abilities, and the ability to perform effectively in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel clients regarding various visa categories, eligibility criteria, documentation, and application procedures.

Understand clients' requirements and assess their profiles to recommend suitable visa options.

Handle incoming enquiries and convert prospective clients into applications.

Explain the complete visa process, documentation requirements, timelines, and applicable procedures to clients.

Collect, verify, and maintain accurate client documents and application information.

Prepare and process visa applications while ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Follow up with clients regarding pending documents, payments, and other application requirements.

Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the application process.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth and timely processing of applications.

Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups, applications, and client status.

Stay updated with changes in visa requirements, documentation, and relevant immigration procedures.

Achieve assigned monthly application and performance targets.

Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and professional service throughout the process.

Monthly Target & Performance Expectations





Mandatory Target: Minimum 15 visa applications must be punched every month.

Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding the assigned monthly application target.

Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospective clients to maximize conversions.

Ensure that applications are properly documented and processed within the required timelines.

Performance will be evaluated based on application count, conversion, follow-up efficiency, accuracy, and overall productivity.

Eligibility & Required Skills

Graduate in any discipline.

Prior experience in Visa Counselling, Immigration, Overseas Education, or a related field will be preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong counselling, convincing, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

Good knowledge of visa documentation and application procedures.

Strong follow-up and lead-conversion abilities.

Comfortable working in a target-driven and quick-paced environment.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM, and other relevant tools.
