Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and hands-on Videographer who can independently handle both shooting and editing. The ideal candidate should have strong visual storytelling skills, a good understanding of cameras and lighting, and the ability to deliver engaging, high-quality content for brands and social media.

Key Responsibilities

- Someone who understands brand requirements and can translate briefs into strong visual content.
- A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating both shooting and editing capabilities.
- Shoot high-quality video content for products, campaigns, social media, interviews, events and brand requirements.
- Someone who can work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider creative team.
- Handle end-to-end video production from understanding the brief and planning shots to shooting and final delivery

. • A proactive individual who is willing to experiment, learn and improve continuously.
- Operate DSLR / Mirrorless cameras, lenses, lighting, gimbals and audio equipment confidently.
- Edit raw footage into polished videos with strong pacing, transitions, music, sound design and storytelling.

Required Skills

- Create short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other digital platforms.
- Perform basic colour correction and colour grading to maintain a consistent visual identity.
- 3–4 years of professional experience in videography and video editing.
- Add motion graphics,



text animations and other visual elements wherever required

. • Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Work closely with the Brand, Creative, Design and Marketing teams to execute content requirements.
- Working knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop and Lightroom is preferred.
- Manage footage, project files, backups and final deliverables in an organised manner.
- Strong understanding of camera settings, composition, framing, lighting and audio.
- Stay updated with current video, editing, social media and content trends.
- Experience with DSLR / Mirrorless cameras; Canon / Sony experience preferred.
- Knowledge of colour grading, sound design and basic motion graphics.
- Ability to independently plan, shoot and edit content from start to finish. Positive to have
- Strong creative eye with attention to detail.
- Experience with gimbal / handheld stabilisers. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Basic drone knowledge or certification.
- Good communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with studio lighting and external audio equipment.
- Photography skills.
- Experience creating content for beauty, FMCG, lifestyle or fashion brands. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree / diploma in Film Making, Mass Communication, Multimedia or a related field is preferred.
