We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Videographer / Video Content Creator to produce high-quality visual content for our brand, products, projects and social media platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of cinematography, visual storytelling, lighting, composition and video editing, with an eye for premium aesthetics, interiors, architecture, products and lifestyle content.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan shoots in coordination with the Social Media Strategist and Founders.
- Understand mood boards, scripts, references and shot lists before every shoot.
- Shoot Instagram Reels, Stories, campaign films and product videos.
- Capture styling transformations, founder-led content, behind-the-scenes footage, product demonstrations and making-process videos.
- Film products accurately to represent their form, scale, colour, texture and finish.
- Edit videos into polished, platform-ready content with suitable pacing, transitions, colour correction, sound and music.
- Create multiple edits and shorter cuts from the same footage for different social media platforms.
- Conduct regular shoots at the office, warehouse, studio and external locations.
- Organise, label, back up and maintain all raw footage and final video files.
- Maintain a structured digital content library accessible to the creative and marketing team.
- Handle basic lighting, audio, camera and stabilisation equipment.
- Deliver all content according to the approved monthly content calendar and production deadlines.




- Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to continuously improve the quality and visual identity of VARZO's content.

Candidate Profile

- 2-3 years of relevant experience in videography and video content creation.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating professional video production and editing skills.
- Good knowledge of professional cameras, lenses, lighting and audio equipment.
- Experience creating content for Instagram, YouTube and other digital platforms.
- Strong visual sense and attention to composition, detail and aesthetics.
- Experience in interior design, architecture, luxury lifestyle, furniture, fashion, art or premium brands will be an advantage.
- Ability to independently manage shoots from planning through final editing.
- Creative, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace.
