Key Responsibilities

- Shoot high-quality videos and visual content for social media and digital platforms.
- Edit engaging short-form and long-form video content.
- Create reels, promotional videos, product videos, campaign content, and organic social media content.
- Develop creative concepts and visual ideas based on current social media trends.
- Understand audience preferences and create content with strong organic performance potential.
- Handle basic lighting, framing, composition, and audio requirements during shoots.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop content aligned with brand objectives.
- Stay updated with trending formats, editing styles, and social media content trends.





Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Visual Communication, Media, Film, Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Good knowledge of video shooting and editing.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form content formats.
- Good creative sense and attention to visual details.
- Ability to understand what makes content engaging and capable of performing organically.
- Portfolio or samples of previous work will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong skills and a positive portfolio can apply; relevant experience will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
