Key Responsibilities

Pre-Production

- Understand business, marketing, and campaign requirements and convert them into compelling video concepts.
- Develop creative ideas, scripts, storyboards, and shot breakdowns.
- Plan production schedules, locations, equipment, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, agencies, production houses, talent, and vendors.
- Ensure all approvals, permissions, and production logistics are completed before shoots.

Production

- Manage end-to-end video shoots including corporate films, interviews, product videos, promotional campaigns, customer testimonials, event coverage, and social media content.
- Direct and supervise videographers, camera crew, lighting, audio, and production teams.
- Ensure high-quality visual storytelling while maintaining brand consistency.
- Handle on-ground production activities and resolve production challenges efficiently.

Post-Production

- Review and manage video editing, color correction, sound design, motion graphics, subtitles, and final rendering.
- Collaborate with editors and creative teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality videos.
- Optimize video content for digital platforms including YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and internal communication channels.
- Ensure final outputs meet branding and quality standards.

Stakeholder Management

- Work closely with Marketing, Brand, Digital, HR, Product, Corporate Communications,



and external creative agencies.
- Manage production timelines, vendor coordination, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain video asset libraries and production documentation.

Ideal Candidate

1. Strong Video Producer (pre production) Specialist Profiles
2. Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 5+ years of hands-on experience handling the pre production of video creation
3. Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have solid experience in pre production aspects like concept creation, script writing, storyboarding, shot planning etc
4. Mandatory (Company) - Top advertising, design, marketing agencies
5. Mandatory (Education) - Related education like Filmography, Mass media etc
6. Mandatory (Exclusion) – Don't want video editors and post production focused resumes
7. Mandatory (Age) - Candidate's age should be below 30 years
8. Mumbai location for top candidates

Pay: ₹10,748.49 - ₹58,194.99 per month
