Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and energetic Video & Social Media Executive responsible for video shooting, reel creation, video editing, and social media content development. The candidate will create engaging content to strengthen the company's digital presence and showcase products, projects, facilities, events, and company activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute video shoots at plant, office, project sites, and events.
- Shoot professional videos using cameras, smartphones, gimbals, and other equipment.
- Create engaging Instagram/Facebook/LinkedIn/YouTube Reels and short-form videos.
- Edit videos with suitable transitions, music, graphics, subtitles, voiceovers, and effects.
- Develop creative content ideas based on current social media trends.
- Prepare product videos, corporate videos, employee videos, event coverage, and promotional content.
- Coordinate with HR, Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams for content requirements.
- Maintain an organized library of raw footage, edited videos, photos, and creative assets.
- Support social media posting and content scheduling as required.
- Ensure all content follows the company's brand guidelines and professional image.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest new content formats and ideas.
- Support photography and other digital marketing activities when required.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Video Shooting, Video Editing & Reel Creation.




- Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar editing software.
- Knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook and LinkedIn content.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva / Photoshop will be an advantage.
- Positive understanding of lighting, framing, composition, audio, and storytelling.
- Creative mindset with strong visual and editing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple content requirements.
- Willingness to travel to plant/project locations for video shoots.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Multimedia, Film Making, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in video production, social media content creation, or digital marketing.
- Candidates with a strong portfolio/showreel will be preferred.

- Timely completion of video shoots and editing assignments.
- Social media engagement and content performance.
- Quality, creativity, and consistency of content.
- Timely coverage of company events, projects, and activities.
- Growth in overall digital/social media presence.
